What we collect
When you contact an agent or create an account we collect your phone number and name. Property enquiries you send are stored so we can route and support them. We process personal data in line with Ethiopia’s Personal Data Protection Proclamation.
Browsing as a guest
You can browse without an account. Your favorites, saved searches and recently-viewed listings are stored only on your device (in your browser), never on our servers, until you choose to sign in — at which point they are merged into your profile. Guest data is automatically cleared after 90 days of inactivity, and you can remove it at any time from your Saved Homes page (“Clear my saved info”).
How we use your data
To operate the marketplace: verifying listings, routing enquiries to the right agent, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Account deletion is available in your account settings, or contact [email protected].
